1. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS 

1.1 All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
1.2 A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining 50% due the day before your booking.
1.3 Payments are to be made via [payment method, e.g., EFT, Yoco, etc.].
1.4 Booking confirmation is only valid upon receipt of the deposit and confirmation email from Nuru House. 

2. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS 

2.1 Cancellations made 7 days or more before the booking date are eligible for a full refund. 

2.2 Cancellations made less than 7 days before the booking date will forfeit the 50% deposit. 

2.3 Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. 

2.4 No-shows or same-day cancellations will not be refunded. 

3. STUDIO USAGE & GUIDELINES
3.1 The studio is for private use only and must be used for wellness, creative, and professional purposes only. 

3.2 The booking includes exclusive use of the space and 2 parking spaces – guests are encouraged to use Uber, public transport, or carpool to avoid parking issues.
3.3 Clients must adhere to their allocated booking time. Overtime will be charged at R700  per hour.
3.4 Any damage to the studio and furniture during the booking period will be the client’s responsibility, and repair/replacement costs will be charged accordingly. 

4. HEALTH & SAFETY 

4.1 Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the studio.
4.2 Nuru House is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen items during the booking. 

4.3 Clients must ensure that their guests comply with all studio guidelines. 

5. ADDITIONAL SERVICES 

5.1 The following add-ons are available for purchase on the day via Yoco: coffee, tea & snacks. 

5.2 Any additional service requests must be communicated in advance. 

6. LIABILITY & INDEMNITY 

6.1 Nuru House and its staff will not be held liable for any personal injuries, property damage, or losses incurred during the booking.
6.2 Clients agree to indemnify Nuru House against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the studio. 

7. PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE 

7.1 Nuru House reserves the right to capture and use images/videos of the studio for promotional purposes. If privacy is required, clients must notify management in writing prior to their booking. 

8. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS 

8.1 By confirming a booking with Nuru House, the client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions. 

8.2 Nuru House reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
